Laura López Mir, researcher at Eurecat and MADRAS technical coordinator, has shared the main outcomes of the MADRAS project during the launch of the Helix Community on Printed Electronics, hosted online on September 21st, 2023, by Crowdhelix.
During her presentation, entitled “Novel applications for in-mold electronics”, she presented two devices that have served to validate MADRAS’ innovative manufacturing processes and materials: a geotracking flexible tag for the packaging and logistics sector and an in-mold organic solar module.
This workshop discussed the state of the art of printed electronics, bringing together industry experts and thought leaders, and the links between the REFORM project – a MADRAS sister project – and the value chain of printed electronics.
The Printed Electronics Helix aims to bring together global experts who seek to develop solutions that contribute to the creation of climate-neutral electronics. The launch event was designed to ignite the collaborative spirit within the printed electronics industry.
