D4.5 Field survey about user acceptance - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This Deliverable reflects a survey on the acceptability of one of the MADRAS validation technologies, the biometric photosensor. A mixed methodological strategy based on quantitative and qualitative surveys is used to understand the societal implications of technological adoption. The analysis aims to offer a framework for implementing this identity verification system for micro-mobility services that properly considers users' experience perspectives. Based on this empirical study, recommendations adapted to this scenario are offered.
