D5.8 Final PUDR and IPR management document - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This Plan of Use and Dissemination of the results is an internal and confidential document dedicated to members of the MADRAS consortium. It identifies the key exploitable results and the methodology that will be implemented to achieve the objectives whilst gathering and rationalizing the dissemination activities of the ongoing project.

The success of MADRAS and the realisation of its maximum impact will be achieved via the direct exploitation of the main expected results: advanced materials development and mass production methodologies for smart devices enabled by Organic and Large Area Electronics (OLAE). MADRAS envisaged exploitation routes including efficient technology transfer, direct material commercialisation and immediate integration to existing commercial products grants a smooth transition from R&I to full industrialisation and market adoption. The definition and steps made towards execution of well-coordinated exploitation and dissemination activities (WP5) are aligned with all other tasks developed in the project.

The exploitation plan section focuses on effectively utilizing and commercializing the project's outcomes. It covers the intellectual property rights (IPR) management strategy, including ownership and claims associated with the project's intellectual assets. The exploitation strategy is elaborated, highlighting objectives, methodology, and individual strategies for exploiting key results. Key Exploitable Results (KER) tables are included, along with the identification of results managers.

The dissemination section highlights the importance of sharing project outcomes and engaging with stakeholders. It discusses the project's participation in exhibitions, fairs, and conferences, as well as the organization of workshops and scientific publications. Clustering activities for collaboration and knowledge exchange are also addressed.

This deliverable is considered the final exploitation plan of the project. This document should be taken into account and analyzed together with D5.5, that has presented a comprehensive product cost estimation, market analysis, business plan and barriers for exploitation (M34) while this focuses solely on the individual plans of each partner related with the exploitation of results and its post-project strategy.
