MADRAS partners from UWINLOC have participated in the North Star Dubai Congress, the redefined GITEX Future Stars, which took place from 9th to 12th of October 2021, in Dubai.
During the event, representatives from UWINLOC, which counted with its own booth located at Z6-441 Hall 6, presented their contribution to MADRAS project, with the final goal to develop a flexible tag for its application in different industries, such as logistics, health or retail sector.
Through the MADRAS project, UWINLOC is participating as a demonstrator for a new flexible geotracking tag. The important innovation of the demo is achieved by means of a specific production process. It goes from the choice of the material based on nanocellulose foil, the printing process and the hybridisation techniques. Based on advanced material and injection moulding effect on antenna’s performances, an improvement on the design and accurate characterisation of the antenna is suitable for a good sensitivity of the tags.
